The NHL Season has just begun, our Vancouver Whitecaps are the USL Champions, the World Series is about to begin, the BC Lions are gunning for another Grey Cup. Sunday is now dominated by NFL and we're almost into the NBA Season. Its a great time of year to be a sports fan! Its our pleasure, to extend another sporting related event to that list this fall:
The Sports Dinner to benefit Vancouver's Secondary School Student-Athletes will be held at the Pan Pacific Hotel on November 13th. This is the first year that the dinner will be held, and our goal is to have it as an annual event to benefit our student athletes. The VSSAA takes care of all the sporting events through out the Vancouver Secondary Schools, and as former athletes ourselves, we cannot imagine our high school days with out the effort they put in.
